How can I install the script on my site?

Action

When I activate the action, does it appear to all users?

When the action is activated, it is set to appear to all users, but the conditions in the filter section filter it to appear to all users and the action determines and appears to users.

What needs to be done to test the action?

The action must be selected as test from the action states. After saving it as a test, ?ytm_test=true should be added to the end of the url on the page where the action will run on your site. How can I see the limits of actions.

Limits of actions are available on the action detail page. You can check which action has how many limits from there.

Selector

The action I selected and saved with CSS Selector does not appear on the site. How can I fix it?

You have selected the location but your action is not shown. We would like to state that this is not only due to the selector. If you are sure that other parts that will affect the display of the action are correct. You can test whether this is due to the location selection by adding the action to different parts of the site. If your action is shown in a different selection, you should change your location selection. If you want to get more detailed information about site selection, you can go to the site selection page. Can I add more than one of the same action?

If the action you want to add has more than one limit, you can add that action. You can check the limits of the actions on the relevant action page.

I could not install it, can I get support from you?

You can follow the documents and training videos we have provided for installation. If you request support for installation, you can create an installation request for 15$ per hour from the relevant section.

Analytics

How can I see the utilization rates of actions?

In the analytics section on the console screen, you can access statistical data such as action-based view, usage, sales rate. You can filter this data according to the day intervals you want to see and turn off the data you don't want to see.

How can I track the impact of actions on sales?

You can get detailed information about the effectiveness of the action by tracking the click-through-sales rates for the day intervals you want on the analytics page. You can set up your actions in a way that will work more effectively.

What does Control Group mean?

It prevents the control group from showing a certain percentage of the action. The default value is accepted as 10%. If you want to show your action completely to your customers coming to your site, you can set the control group to 0.

Payment

Does each action have separate pricing?

Each action has its own package. Import usage limits and pricing with this package.

Is there a trial period for actions?

Trial periods of actions are 7 days. At the end of the 7th day, the use of the action ends and the action becomes inactive.

After my trial version, you need to connect your credit card to the system for the actions to work. Your payments are determined according to the actions we use during the month.

How to prevent actions from expiring?

Within the actions, there are options to continue or pause when the use is over. When the action ends according to your preference

Can I cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time or cancel only the subscription actions.

Can I get it on invoices?

You can access the invoices of the relevant months on the subscription page. It is issued as an international invoice according to the taxation system of the country you have selected (It may vary between 0 percent and 25 percent depending on the country).
