You can access the analytics of the categories and actions you have created on the bot analytics page on a daily basis. You can view separate data for actions based on conversation or click status.

The click numbers show how many times a category or action was clicked, and the user count indicates how many different users made those clicks.

The numbers in the categories are not the total of actions; they represent only the number of clicks or how many users clicked on that category button.

At the bottom of the table, there are numbers in the 'Redirected to Agent' section, showing the counts transferred to agents

How to use the analytics?

1- Click-Chat You can switch between the Click and Chat buttons to see the relevant numbers.

2- Date Range You can control the days you want by selecting the date range.

3- Download Excel You can download the analytical table on the screen as Excel.
